This work compares triggered
demand models for e-book purchasing with evidence based demand purchasing. Lynn is Head of Acquisitions at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign University Libraries.

firm orders and incorporates interlibrary loan data for analysis. Wenli is the Communication, Sociology, and Anthropology Librarian at the University of Houston Libraries and Cherie Turner is the Chemical Sciences Librarian at the University of Houston Libraries.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Kristin Calvert will discuss a citation analysis of research published by Western Carolina University faculty and staff to determine whether a statistically-significant relationship
exists between academic department and the type(s) of research cited in its faculty’s scholarship. The result of this analysis is then used to apply adjustments across all subject areas in the library’s allocation formula. Kristin is Assistant Professor and
