<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">We recently implemented our Discovery Service i.e., Encore Duet, and I have been doing some preliminary investigations on how we should report on usage.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">How do you report on this usage? i.e., Do you still report on searches and views even though this depicts system generated activity?

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">I have noticed you can’t report by a particular database only by a platform and, that views are a truer measure of usage, i.e., user generated activity.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
