<p class="MsoNormal">“I’m sorry for the many problems that you have had in accessing Oxford Journals this week. We have had a lot of difficulty in pinpointing the problem, as our changes to the site earlier this week seems to have affected some customers negatively,

So, we are rolling back the changes we made to the site until we can diagnose the problem.</span> A message will be going out to all of the accounts that have reported problems, but I want to let you know ahead of that message what is happening. Here is the
