<div dir="ltr">Please join us on: Sunday January 10, 3-4 pm<br>Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 106<br><br>Join the Collection Management and E-Resources Interest Group for a session at ALA Midwinter on troubleshooting workflows for e-resources. Whether you work at a large or small library, or a special, academic, or public library, e-resource troubleshooting is a common component of collection management. How do you handle e-resource troubleshooting at your institution? Do you have multiple staff trained to troubleshoot or do you fly solo? Do you have a web-scale discovery system in place that affects your workflows? How do you use traditional library tools (ILS, ERM, etc.) and non-traditional tools (Excel, LibGuides, Wikis, etc.) to manage this work? <br><br>The IG co-chairs will introduce the topic and then we’ll break into 3 discussion groups to talk about e-resource troubleshooting workflows using different types of resources (open source, non-traditional, and traditional). <br><br>Thanks,<div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px">Jennifer Bazeley</div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px">Chair, CMERIG</div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px">Interim Head, Technical Services</div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px">Miami University Libraries</div><div style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px">p. <a href="tel:513.529.4216" value="+15135294216" target="_blank">513.529.4216</a> | e. <a href="mailto:bazelejw@miamioh.edu" target="_blank">bazelejw@miamioh.edu</a></div><div><br></div><div class="" style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12.8px"></div>
