 streaming. This includes supervision of student workers; planning, coordinating and prioritizing daily work to meet defined quality standards; troubleshooting software and hardware; training staff and student workers; developing and updating training documentation;
 and communicating with <span class="caps">DDA</span> and library staff. The areas of responsibility include physical item processing for interlibrary loan lending and borrowing, scanning for interlibrary loan lending and UA owned material (document delivery);
 video streaming production and customer service.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
