Whether you work at a large or small library, or a special, academic, or public library, e-resource troubleshooting is a common component of collection management. How do you handle e-resource troubleshooting at your institution? Do you have multiple staff trained to troubleshoot or do you fly solo? Do you have a web-scale discovery system in place that affects your workflows? How do you use traditional library tools (ILS, ERM, etc.) and non-traditional tools (Excel, LibGuides, Wikis, etc.) to manage this work?</div><div>The IG co-chairs will introduce the topic and then we’ll break into 3-5 smaller discussion groups to talk about e-resource troubleshooting workflows--what works and what doesn’t.</div><div><br></div><div>If you have had experience with troubleshooting e-resources at your institution and are interested in facilitating one of the small discussion groups, please contact Jennifer Bazeley at <a href="mailto:bazelejw@miamioh.edu">bazelejw@miamioh.edu</a>.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>Jennifer Bazeley</div><div>Chair, CMERIG</div><div><br></div><div>Interim Head, Technical Services</div><div>Miami University Libraries</div><div>p. 513.529.4216 | e. <a href="mailto:bazelejw@miamioh.edu">bazelejw@miamioh.edu</a></div>
