 development, and production of Special Collections analog/digital audio and video collections and other related materials and related projects.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Cambria",serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">This innovative, flexible, and energetic individual will work collaboratively and closely with the Digital Initiatives Archivist to develop
 and implement policies, procedures, and workflows and will work with Delivery, Description and Acquisitions (DDA) and the Office of Digital Innovation and Stewardship (ODIS) to create and assign metadata standards for related digital multimedia projects and
 initiatives. He or she, in partnership with the Digital Archivist, will be responsible for the management and preservation of electronic records and born-digital content.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
