<p class="MsoNormal">Hello, I am trying to determine whether this problem is happening elsewhere, too. I have had three reports of the problem since yesterday. I have not seen this particular probem before.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Multiple records in saved personal folders are displaying the message “record not available”. I have submitted the problem to EBSCO and they are working on it. An example is below, where all records are not available. About half of my personal
folders (I have 40) show this error. If you have are familiar with this problem could you let me know? thanks.<o:p></o:p></p>
