<div>As others have noted, up ’til now, usage figures have been disappointing. However, like Texas A&M, we feel this product needs more time to get traction with our users (we are in our second year of subscribing to it). Whenever I’ve demo’d it, it has elicited
a wow kind of reaction. I think it needs more promotion, though. In addition, we, too signed on for BrowZine Web and I think that will greatly help with use.</div>

<div>One other point I’d make is that Third Iron, the maker of BrowZine, has offered excellent customer support for us and has actively listened to and in some cases followed our advice for improvements. My impression is of a small but very responsive and engaged
operation.</div>

We are one of the earliest customers. Very little use that we know of (they haven't figured out usage data and COUNTER doesn't make much sense for this product), but they just released the new web interface and within the next month or two are going to add
the "My bookshelf" to that interface, and so we expect a big increase after that and are making more of an effort to publicize it than before.</div>
