<div class="">I’ve definitely noticed a significant drop in usage statistics for our EBSCO databases but I haven’t thought to attribute this to the change in COUNTER versions. EBSCO Support looked into it and said that everything looks fine on their end. So
perhaps the change in COUNTER versions is affecting the stats…</div>

With the change from COUNTER3 to COUNTER4 has anyone experienced lower usage stats for certain vendors? In particular I have noticed our views seem lower now for our Ebsco, Oxford, and Alexander St databases.<o:p class=""></o:p></div>
