[Eril-l] Call for Proposals: NASIG 2026 Great Ideas Showcase & Snapshot Sessions (Deadline March 30)

Dear Colleagues,
The NASIG Program Planning Committee invites proposals for the Great Ideas Showcase and Snapshot Sessions at the 41st Annual NASIG Conference, to be held June 2–4, 2026 in Madison, Wisconsin.
Snapshot Sessions — Wednesday, June 3 | 4:30–5:15 PM Snapshot Sessions consist of short, 5-minute presentations focused on an idea, project, workflow, or anything you think the NASIG community would find valuable. If you've always wanted to speak at NASIG but haven't felt like you had enough to say for a full session, this is a great opportunity!
Great Ideas Showcase — Posters on display throughout the conference; presenter discussion Wednesday, June 3 | 3:15–4:30 PM The Great Ideas Showcase provides an opportunity to share innovative ideas, new workflows, and new applications of technology in an interactive and informal poster session setting. Presenters must be available during the designated discussion period to engage with attendees.
Proposals may present a report of a research study, an analysis of a practical problem-solving effort, or a description of an innovative program of interest to the NASIG community. Proposals should name any particular products or services integral to the content of the presentation. Please note that, as a matter of NASIG policy, showcases and snapshots should not be used as a venue to promote or attack any product, service, or institution.

  *   📅 Proposal deadline: Monday, March 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM
  *   🔔 Presenters will be notified of their proposal status by mid-April
  *   📝 Note: Presenters for the Great Ideas Showcase or Snapshot Sessions do not qualify for a registration discount. Presenters must be registered for either the full conference or the one-day registration.
