[Eril-l] Statista and Authentication

If you have Statista, you are aware of their change in authentication from IP-based to using the OpenDrive directive.  We use EZProxy so have that set up for these changes.  Does anyone know what happens if a user accesses Statista from something like a Google search?  Will they not get access?  Am I correct, the only way our users can access Statista is via our proxied link?
