Hello all,

I’m preparing a hands-on live workshop at ER&L this year focused on building Excel dashboards for holistic electronic resource assessment, and I’d like to shape it around problems other people are encountering in addition to the ones I’ve personally run into.

If you’re willing, I’d appreciate brief responses to any of the questions below:

  * What are your biggest frustrations when working with usage or cost data?

  * Where do Excel workflows most often break down for you (cleaning, combining sources, analysis, visualization, interpretation)?

  * What kinds of questions do stakeholders ask that are hardest to answer with your current data?

  * What analyses do you wish you could do but haven’t figured out how yet?

  * What feels most time-consuming or error-prone in your current assessment process?

Short replies, examples, or even “this always drives me crazy” comments are all welcome.

Thank you in advance for any insights you’re willing to share.

Best,
Holly
