I'm happy to share that the Cleveland Clinic has position opening for a Medical Librarian III - Electronic Resources Librarian.

The Cleveland Clinic recently completed a migration to Alma/Primo in June, and we are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with this system in managing electronic resources. While the position is formally listed as Electronic Resources Medical Librarian III, which requires specific years of medical/health sciences library experience or working with health and biological vendors and resources, we are also open to individuals who might qualify at Medical Librarian I or II, especially if you have experience with Alma/Primo.

Highlights of the Role:

  *   Manage electronic resources for 18 hospital locations, including institutional and OhioLINK consortia resources.
  *   Oversee Alma/Primo workflows, link resolver, and discovery layer.
  *   Assist Library Director with license negotiation and vendor relations.
  *   Handle access issues, collect and analyze usage statistics (COUNTER reports) and support budgeting decisions.
  *   Manage Alma/Primo workflows, including Network Zone (NZ) and Institution Zone (IZ) record maintenance and troubleshooting.
  *   Collaborate with a team of 19 library staff across main campus and branch locations.
Qualifications:

  *   MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program (or equivalent).
  *   Experience with Alma/Primo strongly preferred.

Work Arrangement:
On-campus at Cleveland Clinic main campus (Cleveland, OH). After the 90-day onboarding period, one remote day per week is available.
Pay Range:
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
