[Eril-l] Oxford English Dictionary access issue

The access issue is resolved.  We also had a “feed error” that Oxford corrected, and the patron confirmed that access is working again.

Following up on access to the OED, Oxford just restored Georgetown's access.
I was told there had been a "feed error" which has been corrected -- but I'm not sure if this was just for us, or (hopefully) for everyone impacted.

Our OUP case is 7161272, if helpful.

Have patrons reported access issues to Oxford English Dictionary although the invoice is paid in full?



We are not getting signed in via Cornell when trying to access any tab other than “factsheet”  Instead we either get a loop when attempting to “sign in through your institution” or that button does not work at all.
