[Eril-l] Kanopy + OpenAthens

Hi all!
After a long day of communicating with Kanopy support and not getting any
results, I'm coming to you all to see if you've experienced this issue.
Today, a user reported that they were unable to log in to Kanopy off
campus. I was able to re-create the issue. We use OpenAthens to
authenticate for off-campus use and I was able to get all the way through
that authentication process. But then, I got stuck on a Kanopy "Window is
closing..." screen. It never goes away and if I close it, I just get back
to the original log in screen. Here's a screenshot of where we get stuck:

Everything is set up properly in OpenAthens and, according to Kanopy, on
their end. Kanopy support is insisting there is some SAML header that needs
to be removed, but that's out of my league as far as technical skills are
concerned. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I've reached out to
EBSCO/OpenAthens support and thought I would check in here while I'm
waiting to hear back.
