[Eril-l] Inside Higher Ed stanza

Has anyone else gotten a subscription to the newly paywalled Inside Higher Ed? We're looking to get it set up for EZProxy, but the vendor doesn't have a stanza (and I'm not sure if they're going to make one). I've made one following the "roll your own" directions that OCLC gives out, but it's still pretty creaky, and I was wondering if anyone had had better luck with it.
