Academics and librarians supporting modern MBA and business school programs are under constant pressure to deliver strong coverage across an ever-changing curriculum, without stretching budgets.
Join us to see how Emerald is supporting these programs with curriculum‑ready resources designed for both foundational learning and modern practice. You’ll hear from Christopher Craig on short, factual teaching cases designed to engage your students in the classroom and prepare them for the world of work, plus insights from David Audretsch on long‑form reviews that help students and educators get up to speed on emerging and foundational topics fast.
Walk away with clear ways to articulate value and ROI to your business school: scalable collections, global perspectives, and content that stays relevant as the curriculum evolves.
SPEAKERS:
Dr. Christopher Craig is the Tom W. Hutchens Endowed Professor of Management at Murray State University and EIC of Emerald’s The Case Journal. A prolific case writer, he has published over 20 peer-reviewed teaching cases, many of which he integrates into his own MBA and undergraduate courses. With an MBA from the University of Mississippi and extensive experience teaching case-based curricula, Dr. Craig brings a deep understanding on the development and adoption of “MBA-ready" content.
David Audretsch is a Distinguished Professor and Ameritech Chair of Economic Development at Indiana University and the EIC of Emerald's Foundations and Trends in Entrepreneurship. He is ranked as the world's leading scholar for business and management and has consulted with numerous international organizations, including the World Bank, OECD, EU and the UN.
MODERATOR:
Charlotte Maiorana is the Publishing Strategy Director at Emerald, managing the development of a robust publishing program that meets the needs of today’s students and researchers. Previously she led Emerald’s books program and has worked in academic publishing for 18 years, including editorial roles at Springer, Wiley, and Palgrave.
