Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for flagging this. I just checked and we're not having any problems with the Journals at Ovid collection. We use OpenAthens federated access (not proxy IP) and the linking parser parameter ATHENS_BASE in the service level of the CZ collection.
Perhaps it's an EZproxy thing? I would cross post to the Content list as you might get more responses.

Linking to Ovid articles same result.
Our library has IP Authentication so setting linking parameters in the Journals Complete Collection has never been an issue.
IP Auth= Yes
To cover the bases: updated the OCLC Database Stanza for Ovid Journals.
Did something change? Last update on the collection was last week.
I don’t find any updated information in the knowledgebase.
