Hi Laura,

Your post to the list made me curious .... and what I am seeing is that it
depends on the title.
For example,
*Ethnographic Refusals, Unruly Latinidades.* University of New Mexico
Press, 2022. *Project MUSE*, https://muse.jhu.edu/book/100030
<https://muse-jhu-edu.proxy.mtholyoke.edu:2443/book/100030>.
lets you download chapters:

But then another title, like:
Bell, Anna Lena Phillips. *Ornament.* University of North Texas Press,
2017. *Project MUSE*, https://muse.jhu.edu/book/51835
<https://muse-jhu-edu.proxy.mtholyoke.edu:2443/book/51835>.
does not:

  But I cannot figure out what determines whether you are able to or not.

I agree, not being able to download by chapter, but only the whole book, is
not great. But worse even, like you mention, is when you cannot even read
the parts/chapters online.
