[Eril-l] [External] Getting The Service is Unavailable on Films on Demand

Hi there,

We're (Georgia Southern) not getting an error message, but the page isn't
resolving. I would bet Films on Demand is hosted by AWS and is part of the
outage that's been going on all day.
