Hi Genesis,
We at Georgia State University have been able to see and use the new Citation Discovery feature since about 9/23. It seemed to appear for us automatically, without being enabled on our end. It doesn't appear on all articles, but I did find a good number of articles from the IEEE Xplore database with citation counts.
Best,
Jamie

Subject: [External] [Eril-l] New Citation Discovery in EBSCO?
Hi all,
Has anyone been able to enable or has seen the new Citation Discovery in EBSCO? According to the email EBSCO sent out on September 9th, this new feature should have been rolled out mid-September. There was an article<https://connect.ebsco.com/s/article/How-does-the-new-EBSCO-Citations-feature-work?language=en_US#:~:text=Times%20cited%20information%20on%20the,are%20only%20available%20from%20EBSCO.> produced by EBSCO on the 27th about it, too.
Thanks,
Genesis Nieves
