Hi Genesis,
We have activated it and are using the Scholarly Graph version in our main profile and the Scopus version in a test profile.
It works when it shows up but we're seeing very few records that have the 'cited by' info. I had to tell my testers to just keep scrolling, potentially through multiple pages of results, until they saw a button to try. I'm hoping they are backfilling this metadata and we will see the button show up more and more but this has been a big disappointment to our staff and faculty.
Thanks,
Ryan

Subject: [Eril-l] New Citation Discovery in EBSCO?
Hi all,
Has anyone been able to enable or has seen the new Citation Discovery in EBSCO? According to the email EBSCO sent out on September 9th, this new feature should have been rolled out mid-September. There was an article<https://connect.ebsco.com/s/article/How-does-the-new-EBSCO-Citations-feature-work?language=en_US#:~:text=Times%20cited%20information%20on%20the,are%20only%20available%20from%20EBSCO.> produced by EBSCO on the 27th about it, too.
Thanks,
