Join Our Access and Delivery Services Team at Pius XII Memorial Library
Are you a night owl? Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and supporting the academic community? St. Louis University's Pius XII Memorial Library is seeking a dedicated Night Library Associate to join our Access and Delivery Services team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring high levels of service at the circulation desk during night hours, and directly impacting the library experience for our students, faculty, and staff.
As a Night Library Associate, you will:
· Supervise a dynamic team of student assistants.
· Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations during late hours at the circulation desk and meet the evolving needs of our community.
· Contribute to the efficient operation of the Access and Delivery Services Department while aligning with the mission and strategic goals of SLU Libraries and Museums.
· Collaborate with departments to enhance the library’s services and contribute to the overall success of SLU’s academic and research initiatives.
· Pay starting at $18.50 /hr and commensurate with experience. 
· The working hours for this position are:
o Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 2 AM. The shift hours will adjust to align with the library’s operating hours during breaks and throughout the summer.
o Typically, summer hours will be 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Fridays.
o For other breaks outside of summer, the hours generally run from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
