[Eril-l] LibKey Nomad ++ Guidelines

For those libraries who subscribe to LibKey Nomad ++ domain messaging did you develop any guidelines or policies on what type of sites to include messages? If so, would you be willing to share your documentation with me? If you have recommendations on top sites to place messaging, I would love to get your ideas.
