[Eril-l] JournalTOCs?

Hello,

George Mason recently received a couple e-tickets regarding Journal TOCs being down. Are others experiencing this issue? We no longer have an institutional membership and the vendor said they weren't accepting new members when we tried to rejoin a few years ago. Is the service or website now defunct?

Any information or insight would be appreciated.
