[Eril-l] Nexis Uni off-campus linking issue

Our Nexis Uni remote access works perfectly.
Cornell uses oclc Hosted Ezproxy and we imported an OCLC record instead of the ebsco provided marc.  You can see the URL we're using in the librarian view 856 field https://catalog.library.cornell.edu/catalog/10313889/librarian_view

We do see a few problems (to be polite) with a lot of ebsco marc records.  An issue that pops up in various library departmental meetings.

Hi ERIL-L,

Our off-campus users are seeing an access issue when trying to link into Nexis Uni from Publication Finder. We use EZproxy to manage off-campus access. I tried reporting the issue to LexisNexis support, but they were unable to help. If anyone has had a similar problem, could you offer some advice?

EBSCOadmin has a "Package Level Token" field for Nexis Uni (see below) that was initially blank. At first I thought that might be the cause, but I'm seeing the same problem even after entering the token that Nexis Uni provided.
