[Eril-l] Problems connecting to Wiley Online Library

Hello,

We are currently having problems connecting to Wiley Online Library from
both on and off campus.

- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from campus may lead to a page
asking that you verify you are a human. The page seems to successfully
verify you are human, but sometimes hangs for a few minutes before going to
a page indicating "Wiley Online Library is down." This seems to only happen
from some of our IP addresses.

- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from off campus through our
proxy server (EZProxy) leads to a "Website is not accessible via this
address" message.

I have reported this to Wiley but wondered if anyone else was having these
problems.
