I apologize in advance for my post appearing like an advertisement, but I
thought the followers of this topic might appreciate learning that the
CELUS usage stats platform has a mechanism to manually load and then
integrate HeinOnline monthly usage with usage stats from other publishers
and platforms.

The ability to normalize usage stats across non-SUSHI and SUSHI compliant
e-content resources effectively eliminates the silos created from the
disparity in usage stats measurements.  CELUS utilizes a mapping mechanism
and custom metric called "Interest" to accomplish the normalization, which
includes usage data from HeinOnline.
