I’m sharing this information in case you were unaware. EBSCO has an EDS-specific list. To join, you should contact EBSCO customer support. It does not maintain a searchable archive, but you often get input from an EBSCO representative.

Thank you for contacting EBSCO Technical Support. I attached this case to an existing enhancement request that would allow customization of the Access Options in the new EBSCO UI. It is being considered for future development plans. At this time, we do not have a definitive date for its availability.
I was able to hide the "find full text" links when full text is available in the databases.

Related to this, we will be going live this summer too, and we are wondering whether any institutions have found a solution to the following problem we've identified with the "assess options" dropdown menu. Specifically, we would like to have our "report an issue" and "find full text" links appear below the PDF and Online full text links (see screenshot below). Is anyone aware of a workaround to re-order these links?

Links will redirect and personal accounts will use the same login. I know that users with search alerts set up will have to recreate their search alerts on the new UI.
