We use a small company out of Canada, McIntyre Media.  It’s a fairly basic interface and relatively simple process.  I don’t know the scale of your need but we have found it works for us.

We currently use Kaltura to host streaming video, but are interested in exploring alternatives. Does anyone else use another platform that they recommend?
