Do you mean this error message below? We do also see this error message a lot. We've been told it's to do with the length of the browser session, so if you've had EBSCO open in you browser for any length of time (I think it's set pretty short, maybe even half an hour), and try to open a link, this error will pop up. We've had great success with using the "try again" button provided below the error message. That usually loads the resource just fine.
