[Eril-l] Counter JR1 report question

Good morning,

I agree with Athena and Matthew. The usage of these articles should be
tracked in TR using 9999 in the year-of-publication. Since TR_J1 is only a
filtered TR, where YOP is not filtered, TR_J1 includes the usage of
ahead-of-print articles as well.
