The Collection Strategies unit is instrumental in supporting the diverse research, teaching, and learning needs of the CSU community. The team develops and executes the overarching strategy for the Libraries' general collections and drives innovation in collection development. This includes embracing new access models, adapting to evolving publishing trends, and implementing data-driven strategies to maintain a robust and accessible collection.
