Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as our Digital Experience & Liaison Librarian.  This position is a tenure-track position.  The Digital Experience & Liaison Librarian is responsible for coordinating the library's digital presence and enhancing the overall user experience for students and the academic community. All librarians fully participate in liaison activities for assigned academic departments, such as collection development, advanced reference, and instruction. Additionally, librarians provide reference/research assistance and participate in faculty governance of the library. Minimum qualifications for this position include (1) a Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS or MLS) from an ALA-accredited institution (by August 2024); (2) familiarity with digital experience and user experience technologies and trends; (3) experience or course work for technology integration to enhance learning and teaching; (4) effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders; and (5) a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in library services.
