I am looking for resources, ideas, or methods of assessing non-COUNTER-compliant usage for electronic resources. I'm having a little trouble finding exactly what I need, so I come to plead with all of you! Any help, hint, or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Have a wonderful Friday!
