UPEI is unionized, so we pay VERY well compared to most non-elite academic librarian jobs in the US, with Librarian 2 (equiv of assistant prof) starting at around $77K CAD.  We also have excellent benefits.

Here's the core part of the description:
Reporting to the University Librarian, the Clinical Librarian will be a health liaison librarian and will collaborate with colleagues to provide in-depth reference service and instruction to students, graduate students, post-graduate students, faculty, clinicians, and staff, as well as the development and assessment of health related collections. They will participate in providing support, expertise and instruction for librarian-related aspects of knowledge syntheses and other types of research projects in support of teaching, learning and research at the University of Prince Edward Island.
