Hi, Maribel,

It is the same at UMKC.  We use a custom link for JSTOR, and it looks like Angelo State University does as well.  Maybe that's the difference?

My library subscribes to several JSTOR Archival collections and we use EDS.

I can confirm that when the JSTOR full text link appears in the list of results, it opens at the item level in the JSTOR interface.

All - We use EBSCO EDS and FTF. We recently added the JSTOR Archive and Primary Source Collection. However, when doing a search through EDS, we discovered that JSTOR article links takes us to a set of results, not the actual item. I placed a ticket with EBSCO support about this issue, following is their response.
"The issue you are experiencing is caused due to the incorrect metadata indexed in our records." So it was escalated to "another team."

Today, I got the team's response:
"I have received an update from our appropriate department that after an initial analysis by our teams, we have determined that current plans do not include a change to this functionality. We have requested that the publisher update the metadata and send for reprocessing."

If you use EBSCO EDS, subscribe to JSTOR, and JSTOR full text link results take you to the item level, I would like to setup a phone call or virtual meeting with you at your convenience.
