[Eril-l] [External] Oxford Cloudflare problems?

We had issues with any publishers who use Cloudflare via ezproxy.  The solution seems to be to ask the publisher to add your ezproxy IP address to the cloudflare site, even if your ezproxy is within the campus IP range that  you already provided to the publisher.

OCLC support also said that you need to add your proxy’ed domains to cloudflare, but we have found that to be unnecessary.

We are having the same issue, but with UC Press. I reached out to EBSCO, but they said that it was a publisher issue, so I've reached out to them. Here's what we see and it stays stuck in this loop:

Is anyone else having issues with getting stuck in an authentication loop on the Oxford Academic platform? I am getting a login challenge, "Sign in through your institution," which then either redirects to a directory to look up my institution, or directly to a challenge screen to prove I'm not a robot, but I can never get past that screen. We've used EZproxy for a long time, and the Oxford Academic platform has been fine. So far this has been a problem with ebooks on Oxford Academic, I haven't tried ejournals yet, but I wanted to see if anyone is having this issue.
