We are able to access Oxford Academic ebooks both on and off campus - we also use EZProxy.

Hello all,

Is anyone else having issues with getting stuck in an authentication loop on the Oxford Academic platform? I am getting a login challenge, "Sign in through your institution," which then either redirects to a directory to look up my institution, or directly to a challenge screen to prove I'm not a robot, but I can never get past that screen. We've used EZproxy for a long time, and the Oxford Academic platform has been fine. So far this has been a problem with ebooks on Oxford Academic, I haven't tried ejournals yet, but I wanted to see if anyone is having this issue.
