[Eril-l] EBSCO new UI - Zendesk Chat Integration

Good morning,

We recently switched to the new EBSCO UI. As I was setting up the general
configuration, I was wondering if I could integrate our reference chat
service on the new UI. However, we use Zendesk. The new UI integration asks
for an URL, not an API or widget code. I am just wondering if anybody has
experience with this.
