Sage approached us with a proposal for their Impact package or plan. If your institution is participating in Impact, would you be willing to share your experience? Is your institution seeing great usage in comparison to your investment? Has the customer support improved? Has it improved workflow efficiency? Any thoughts you can share would be greatly appreciated.
