[Eril-l] Overall ER Usage Overview

I use three buckets...eBooks, Ejournals, and everything else [I literally
call it Other] For us, the vast majority of this other category comes from
a database called UpToDate, but it also includes multimedia stats, drug
databases, browzine stats, etc. I also report website stats (including
LibGuides). I used to report site searches but that is hard to define and
I only track that internally now and stopped reporting that up. So those
are 4 big numbers that I like to see as a director.
I label the stats: ebook chapters read, Downloads of full text articles,
Multimedia or POC tools used [POC=point of care], and Views of managed
library web pages.
When I was a ERL, I would also report any databases that were low producing
(low use, high cost per use, etc) that should be on a watch list or
publicized to increase use.
