[Eril-l] Taylor & Francis pdf limitations

Good morning,

I was just trying to read an article: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/01462679.2023.2255561 in Collection Management (Taylor & Francis). We subscribe to this title.
I noticed that there isn't an obvious way to download the pdf and save it locally. When I tried to print it, there is a page limit of 10 pages.
Am I missing something? Do I have things set up wrong? I don't remember this being the case before.
