Hello.  We subscribed to UpToDate in March.  The config stanza we are using is exactly what the company gave us to use.  We are using the URL they gave us.  We are using EZproxy for authentication.

We are experiencing an issue with the Terms of Service acceptance popping up every few seconds (yes, seconds).  I have been trying to get this issue resolved working with them but I have had no luck with this approach.  The last I heard from them was April 14 and I have been emailing every week.

I am reaching out to see if anyone else had the issue of this pop-up continually popping up?  If so, what was the resolution or are you just living with it?
