Similarly, I email nytcorpteam at nytimes.com<mailto:nytcorpteam at nytimes.com> monthly to get our usage stats for the prior month. If your library supports multiple access methods (in our case, we offer on-site access by whitelisted IP range and 24-hour passes/group licenses for off-site users), it helps to specify in the email that there should be data for both access models. Otherwise, sometimes they only send usage stats for one.

Hello Gwen,
You have to ask your rep for those stats.  I ask every month, since they are only available at for entire months.  There is no self-service for the statistics.
