The Yale University Library Assessment & UX Research team is hiring.

The Assessment and Collections Analysis Librarian gathers and integrates collections and related data from diverse sources and about all formats, optimizing the quality and use of the data collected as part of a robust collection assessment program. The position will be user-focused and data-driven and engage in projects and workflows to support Library collections, both general and special. They will coordinate data collection, analysis, and documentation to help support decision-making with an evidenced-based approach to achieving the library's strategic objectives related to library collections and user needs.
