[Eril-l] Update: Taylor & Francis blocking IP addresses due to excessive use

As per our message last week, we are aware that some customers using the Zotero browser extension have been experiencing temporary blocks when trying to download content from Taylor & Francis Online.

Following an investigation, we have identified the cause as a programming issue with Zotero. Zotero have now implemented a fix to resolve it. Users who experience this issue should check which version of Zotero they are running, and ensure it has been updated as follows:


  *   A Firefox update for Zotero Connector 5.0.104
  *   Version 5.0.104 for Chrome
  *   Version 5.0.105 for Edge
