[Eril-l] NYT Digital usage?

Hello,
You have to write them and request usage.  They give you usage per month.  They give you the usage sessions, page views, and number of active seats per month.  It's frustrating that you can't just get the usage stats  yourself, particularly because I've found the response to be very slow and fairly unreliable.  You can also write edu at mytimes.com<mailto:edu at mytimes.com>

Does anyone here have details who/how to get any use stats for nytimes.com GroupPass? Even number of subscribers? It's been a black box for us. Someone sent email to their edu at nytimes.com<mailto:edu at nytimes.com> address.
