[Eril-l] Open Athens disruptions--common issue?

Hi everyone,

We migrated to Open Athens earlier this year and have experienced a number
of disruptions in the last six months. I'm curious to hear from other
libraries who use Open Athens if this is a regular occurrence. We mentioned
this to our EBSCO rep and hoping to hear back soon.
